We’re excited to announce our newest feature, Rubex Reports. It’s our next great leap into enhancing your document management and business intelligence processes.
In today’s business world, using data and analytics to make informed business decisions is more important than ever. The amount of information you have at your fingertips, especially in the documents and files owned by your company, is immense. However, sorting through those files and documents, even with a robust document management system (DMS) in place, isn’t easy to do, and extracting or visualizing trends and insights from files is almost impossible without a strong analytics tool.

How It Works
Rubex Reports, which is powered by the Bold BI analytics engine, now enables your data within Rubex to become far more powerful and useful. Rubex Reports allows users to create dynamic visualizations based on the information in their documents. Having a system that uses document information and presents it in a comprehensible manner will give businesses more insight into the data contained within Rubex and how it can be used to drive better decision making. Better business intelligence means you’ll be able to make better decisions, and Rubex Reports is designed to help you identify, visualize, and analyze those insights from your documents as easily as possible.
Rubex Reports features a no-code, intuitive, drag-and-drop interface. Using metadata extracted from your documents, Rubex Reports brings the document information to life, allowing companies to make more informed decisions, faster. Users can create dynamic dashboards to see current information or static reports to see a snapshot view of how their business is operating.
For customers without extensive metadata already set up, Rubex Reports can be used as a central dashboard to oversee how data is stored and organized in Rubex, and as a way to make comprehensive reports for presentations. However, when document information is captured using metadata/profile fields, many more use cases become available.

In HR, you can see which employees are up-to-date on their certifications or whether a new hire has completed all their onboarding documentation, allowing you to ensure compliance where needed. Finance teams can visualize invoiced amounts to quickly see month over month trends or even daily reports. And, drill-down capabilities allow users to break their reports down by different categories like regions, account size, dates/timeframes, etc.
Rubex Reports is more than a tool for making simple charts and graphs to display at the next meeting. Take your real-time data to get an accurate, easy-to-understand picture of your company’s inner workings with visualizations that are customizable and interactive. Instead of drafting a large custom report in another application, users can statistically quantify and transform their raw data into charts and graphs without leaving Rubex.
