Last year we launched eFileCabinet Online, our document management solution based in the cloud. Users of EFC Online have benefited from the mobility that comes from managing all their files in one online location and never having to access a physical filing cabinet. For our eFileCabinet Online clients, paper documents and memory sticks have become a thing of the past. With the rise of tablets and smart phones in the last two years, we realized it’s time to take our cloud software into the app world. Today, we’re introducing our new eFileCabinet Online Mobile app for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
The eFileCabinet Online Mobile app allows users to access everything stored in their eFileCabinet Online account, plus benefit from advanced mobility and a smooth user interface. The app can be downloaded free from the Apple app store and linked up to an existing eFileCabinet Online account. Once signed in, users can preview and download any file they have uploaded into their account and benefit from many features exclusive to the mobile app, including the ability to take pictures with the mobile camera and upload them to eFileCabinet, email files directly from their account, and convert image files to PDFs.
