The renewal process is easy, here are the steps we’ll need to take together to renew your service so that eFileCabinet can continue to provide support for the future success of your business.

Get a jump start

You’ll start receiving notifications and reminders to renew your service well in advance, approximately 60 days before your license is up. You will see a pop-up box when you log in to your eFileCabinet services and you’ll receive an email.  At any time, you may click on the link to add your payment information for renewal or call your customer account manager for assistance.

Consider what else eFileCabinet could be doing for your business

If you’re only using eFileCabinet services for one aspect of your business or one department, we could be doing more. At your renewal period is a great time to look at expanding what eFileCabinet does for your business.  Read here to find out how we can do more for you.

We’ll contact you

We know you have a lot to do, so we make it easy for you to renew by having your account manager contact you with your updated information. You will be sent a quote for your renewed subscription and a link so you can conveniently add your payment information online. You may also speak with your account manager over the phone to add your payment information if you choose.

We’ll process your payment in a smooth transaction

Once you have submitted your payment information, we’ll process your payment within one business day.
