We make use of the best tools to communicate with each other and with our customers. Slack and Go-To-Meeting are a few of the tech tools we use to communicate with each other when working remotely. Besides email, our team is able to receive customer calls through the phone platform JIVE, allowing them to stay accessible to customers who need help.

Communication is vital when it comes to remote work. It’s essential to have platforms for communication and collaboration that are intuitive to use and responsive. Both of these are achievable through Rubex, thanks to its versioning features which allows users to create new versions of a document and append/prepend documents with additional files.
The preview view allows users with the right permissions to add annotations, redactions, and even draw on the document. A comment section is also attached to the document, so coworkers can exchange feedback and notes. Users can view the version history of each document, so they know exactly what has changed, when, and who made the changes.
When going back and forth on a particular document, you can activate an automation rule to send you a simple notification through the Rubex Activity Center, to let you know when any changes are made.
