eFileCabinet Online Security
eFileCabinet Online provides a secure way to capture, manage and protect the files in your office so you can rest assure your files are safe.
Certification and Accreditations
Our data centers continue to ensure regulatory compliance and attain certifications.
They have achieved Level 1 PCI compliance and have obtained ISO 27001, SAS 70 Type II, and HIPAA certifications.
Data Management
For maximum security, data is encrypted while being transmitted to and from all data centers, eliminating the concern of information being intercepted during transmission. Data cannot be accessed or tampered with by any unauthorized party.
Physical Security
Our data centers are housed in nondescript facilities. Access is strictly controlled by staff using video surveillance, intrusion detection systems and other electronic means. All visitors and contractors are supervised at all times and all physical access to data centers is logged and audited routinely.
Climate and Temperature
All sites are constructed to maintain climate and atmospheric conditions at optimal levels. Personnel and systems are in place to monitor both temperature and humidity controls.
Power
Data center electrical power systems have been designed to be fully redundant and maintainable without impact to operations, 24 hours a day, and seven days a week. Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units provide backup power in the event of an electrical failure. Generators are also used as a source of backup power for all facilities.
Backups and Redundancy
Data stored in our data centers is redundantly stored in multiple physical locations. Facilities are built in clusters in various regions around the globe in order to provide alternative solutions in case of failure. Automated processes are in place to move traffic away from any affected area to ensure little or no service interruption.
Fire Detection and Suppression
To reduce risk, automatic fire detection and suppression equipment have been installed in all facilities. The fire detection system utilizes smoke detection sensors in all data center environments, mechanical and electrical infrastructure spaces, chiller rooms and generator equipment rooms. These areas are protected by either wet-pipe, double interlocked pre-action, or gaseous sprinkler systems.
