When a user is created in eFileCabinet’s document management system, you have several different options to choose from to decide what type of user you’re creating.
With administrative access, you first click on “manage users”
Here you can choose a temporary password, personal information, permissions, and memberships. Depending on which features and options are selected, that user profile will; have access to different types of documents, folders, and cabinets.
Creating a new group follows a similar path as creating a user, but is done from the group tab.
