General Support

Every product purchase includes access to product manuals, technical  support  via email, basic training video, user  forums  and more.

Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP)

Our Annual  Maintenance  Plan is designed to provide our customers with technical support on  eFileCabinet  products and services when they need it. Customers are able to call, email or chat with  Certified  Support  Engineers  to help resolve problems they may encounter when using our products. If you choose to include AMP, it is calculated at 18% of your total purchases and is due  annually.

Consulting Services

For organizations looking for more dedicated and personalized  assistance, we offer a variety of  consulting  services. These services include customized installation, firewall configuration, personal training, and more. Charges do apply for these services.
